Why don't you:

  1. Draw your own map and add to it as you use The Cards. Think about what resources will sustain and balance you as you travel on your journey?

  2. Use Explorer 3 as a regular self check. Draw out your 3 circles with their size representing how things are for you now: how much soothing, how much drive or energy and how much threat are you experiencing? Or use balls of play-doh or plasticine to do the same. The more you can recognise, understand and name what is going on the more chance you have to shift and balance if things have become stuck. Use The Cards.

  3. Keep a cards journal to note or say what you discover, or the questions you have to continue to explore.
