The 6♦️ invites us to use all our senses as a way of soothing ourselves and bringing us mindfully into the present moment. This is where we can always find stable ground.
Be more animal like the squirrel in the image.
A simple practice is to notice:
five things you can see
four things you can hear
three things you can touch
two things you can smell
one thing you can taste.
Or perhaps you might make a soothing toolkit that you can carry around with you: What will you put in yours? Maybe a pebble, shell or conker, some scented oil, a herbal teabag, a poem, a photograph...and your pack of The Cards.
