The 3♣️ is about intention and integrity.

These are the foundations for our moral compass, providing direction and reliability. These words might also lead us to think about trust, faith, commitment and doubt.

Having clear and positive intentions helps guide one's actions, ensuring they align with personal values and goals. Intentionality adds purpose to endeavours which in turn makes them more meaningful and fulfilling.

Decision-making is much easier with an awareness of our good intentions. However, good intentions are just the start which is why we need to have its sibling, integrity.

Integrity is the foundation of trust and this reliability is the solid ground for good relationships to flourish. There is an old Dutch saying: “Trust arrives on foot and leaves on horseback”. It takes time and effort to build trust. It needs nurturing and if damaged may leave swiftly so we need to take care.

Acting with integrity involves a consistency, stability and predictability. By living with integrity we can make morally sound decisions and navigate challenges with honesty and authenticity. As C S Lewis said: "integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is watching"
